My Story

My Start

I began my journey in Orlando, FL learning to deliver results-oriented massage therapy alongside the highest level of hospitality. I loved the community I served there - but the mountains were calling.

Where I Am Now

I’ve experienced the aches and pains of living an active lifestyle with scoliosis, the life changes of parenthood, and how the body can store emotional events. I have a deep empathy for helping you move through life and getting back to yourself. After working in clinics and spas, I am now serving you in a place that offers the best of both worlds in Littleton, CO.
